Symposium of the Scientific Committee established at the Belgian Food Safety Agency
- Friday 2nd December 2022 -


Objective

To discuss the main challenges in the fight against fraud in the food chain and to raise awareness among operators of the importance of preventing and fighting fraud in order to avoid potential risks for the food chain and to maintain consumer confidence.

The symposium is aimed at an (inter)national audience of risk assessors, risk managers, policy makers, researchers, stakeholders, producers, consumers, educators and students.

The symposium will be held mainly in Dutch and French with simultaneous translation. All slides will be projected in English.
