Procedure for the request of an advice Printable version | Last update on
07.01.2016
The Scientific Committee can be consulted by the Minister, the Chief Executive Officer or the crisismanager of the Agency. Questions from third parties (professional associations, private companies, civil services, …) are first submitted to the Chief Executive Officer who will judge the relevance of the request for advice. The Scientific Committee may also emit self-tasking opinions.
Three types of request for advice exist :
- a formal request for advice (including a rapid procedure)
- a request for scientific advice about a sector guide
- a request for urgent consultation (in crisis situations).
